Kaiku processes limited personal data submitted through subscription and contact forms, and — where you consent — anonymous analytics data. Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) you have the following rights.

Your rights

  • Access — obtain confirmation of whether we hold data about you and receive a copy.
  • Rectification — request that inaccurate data is corrected.
  • Erasure — request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten").
  • Restriction — request that processing is temporarily limited.
  • Portability — receive your data in a structured, commonly used format.
  • Object — object to processing based on legitimate interests.
  • Withdraw consent — at any time, without affecting past processing.
  • Complaint — lodge a complaint with your national supervisory authority.

How to exercise your rights

Please send requests to privacy@northlight.example with enough information to identify the data concerned. We aim to respond within 30 days.

Withdrawing consent

You can withdraw consent for cookies at any time through the cookie preference centre. You can unsubscribe from any subscription bulletin using the unsubscribe link in the email.

Supervisory authority

You have the right to lodge a complaint with the data protection supervisory authority in your country of residence.
